Description

Wireless telecommunications devices. Prohibits, except for emergency 911 calls, the use of any cellular telephone, mobile telephone, or other wireless telecommunications device while operating a motor vehicle, unless the device is configured for hands-free operation. Amends § 46.2-1078.1 (“Use of handheld personal communications devices in certain motor vehicles; exceptions; penalty.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
