Description
Manufacturing Development Commission; sunset date. Repeals the July 1, 2009, sunset date for the Manufacturing Development Commission.
The bill would not affect a provision in the legislation that created the Commission that provides that the Commission will expire on July 1 of any fiscal year for which the Commission has not been funded through a separate appropriation in the Appropriation Act. View Full Text »
