Description
Manufacturing Development Commission. Increases the size of the Commission to 14 members by adding a representative of Norfolk State University or Virginia State University as a member of the Commission. The General Assembly has shown interest in bringing widespread renewable energy to Virginia but has yet to fully embrace the shift away from fossil fuels, environmentalists say.
