Description
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); property exempt from taxation. Authorizes the General Assembly to directly exempt from property taxes, or to enact legislation that would permit localities to exempt from property taxes, any building constructed of materials or in a manner designed to abate or prevent pollution and to use energy and natural resources efficiently.
