Christopher Bartley writes:

My name is Christopher Bartley, a grandson of Edgar Hall Bartley, Jr. and I was wondering what this bill was? I am sure that this is something great, and any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Waldo Jaquith writes:

This bill honors your grandfather for the reasons listed. It was introduced by Harrisburg senator Mark Obenshain. The 100 members of the House and the 40 members of the Senate have all agreed to "note with great sadness the passing of a fine community leader and outstanding Virginian."
