Medical assistance services; provision of speech-language therapy.  Requires the Board of Medical Assistance Services to include a provision for medical assistance for speech-language therapy services provided by an auditory verbal therapist or other qualified person under the supervision of a licensed audiologist or speech-language pathologist.
