Description

State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act; employees of school boards.  Provides that certain relatives of a school board member or the school superintendent may be considered for employment in the school division if the relative had been employed by any school division prior to the board member or superintendent taking office or prior to the inception of the relationship. Currently, such relatives may be considered for employment only if the prior employment has been in the same school division.   View Full Text »
