Description

Responsibilities of the Chief Workforce Development Officer. Amends certain workforce development and training program evaluation reporting requirements to avoid redundancy. The bill requires the Governor to submit annual workforce development and training program evaluations to the chairs of the House and Senate Commerce and Labor Committees and to include these in the biennial reports.
