Description
Charitable gaming; reports and audits; exceptions. Exempts volunteer fire departments and rescue squads from filing quarterly reports of their charitable gaming activity with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The bill also exempts these entities from having their annual reports audited by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. View Full Text »
