Description
Local regulation of handbill distribution and others activities on highways. Adds the Town of West Point to existing provisions that allow certain localities to prohibit or regulate the distribution of handbills, and other similar activities, to the occupants of motor vehicles. Amends § 46.2-931 (“Localities may prohibit or regulate distribution of handbills, etc., solicitation of contributions, and sale of merchandise or services on highways within their boundaries or on public roadways and medians.”), of the Code of Virginia.
