Description
Statewide Fire Prevention Code; administration and enforcement; fees. Moves authority to set fees to cover the actual cost of administering and enforcing the Statewide Fire Prevention Code from the Board of Housing and Community Development to the Virginia Fire Services Board. The bill also provides that the fee increases may not occur more than once in any given fiscal year. Amends § 27-98, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
