Description

Jailer issued identification for prisoners.  Allows sheriffs, jail superintendents and jail administrators to issue a special identification card to prisoners who do not possess valid id at release. All costs shall be paid by the prisoner. Amends § 53.1-116.1:02, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
