Description

Information on energy conservation.  Requires investor-owned electric utilities and natural gas distribution companies to provide information to customers to support and encourage conservation actions. The bill requires the State Corporation Commission to determine the type of information and issue guidelines indicating what information is to be (i) included with customers periodic bills, (ii) sent annually to customers in reports, and (iii) made accessible to customers on the Internet.   View Full Text »
