Description

Transfer of custody of a DUI arrestee.  Allows a law-enforcement officer to arrest someone for DUI, underage drinking and driving, or driving on a (DUI) suspended license if the offense is committed in his presence and then to transfer custody to another officer who may obtain the warrant based on statements of the arresting officer.
