Description

Bail bondsman to receive criminal history information.  Provides that if a judicial officer sets a secured bond and the person engages the services of a licensed bail bondsman, the judicial officer shall, for a fee of $5, provide the bondsman with a copy of the person's criminal history record, if available, to be used by the bondsman only to determine appropriate conditions to impose upon the accused upon his release.   View Full Text »
