Description

Virginia High-Speed Rail Commission. Establishes the Virginia High-Speed Rail Commission to promote and augment the state's competitive stance for matters related to high-speed passenger rail service in Virginia. The Commission is to study, assess, and advise the General Assembly and the Secretary of Transportation on effective and competitive design, planning, financing, construction, and operations involving high-speed rail service.
