Description
Permitted fees and charges; local school boards. Clarifies that local school boards are not prohibited from (i) making supplies, services, or materials available to pupils at cost or (ii) imposing a fee or charge for a field trip or any educational program that is not a required activity. School boards may waive such fees or charges for those pupils it determines are unable to afford them. View Full Text »
