Description
Health insurers; efficiency information. Requires the Commissioner of Insurance to collect, from health insurers, health maintenance organizations, and corporations providing accident and sickness subscription contracts, data regarding the efficiency of operations in Virginia. The Commissioner is required to compile and organize the data in a manner that permits the public to compare and track the efficiency of each health insurer. Read the Bill »
