Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 2.2-3104.01 as follows:

? 2.2-3104.01. Governor certain activities and employment prohibited.

In addition to the prohibitions contained in ? 2.2-3103, the Governor shall not ?hold an official leadership position in a national political party.
