Description
Council on Efficient Government; established. Creates the Council on Efficient Government and sets out its memberships and duties. The bill provides the Council shall cease to exist on July 1, 2015. The bill also eliminates the Commonwealth Competition Council. The bill contains technical amendments. Amends § 2.2-1111, § 2.2-2012, § 2.2-203.2:1, § 2.2-2101, § 2.2-2699.5, § 23-9.9:01, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
