Description

Virginia Post-Disaster Anti-Price Gouging Act. Shortens the potential duration of the period during which the requirements of the Virginia Post-Disaster Anti-Price Gouging Act are in effect from 30 days after the occurrence of a disaster or a renewal or extension of a state of emergency to 10 days after such events.
