Description

Law-enforcement officer to inquire about last drink.  Provides that any law-enforcement officer, in the course of questioning a person whom he suspects is guilty of driving while intoxicated, may ask the person to identify the physical location where he consumed his last alcoholic beverage, and if the person gives an answer, the officer shall record the information and provide it to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.   View Full Text »
