I strongly support the extension of the use of HOV lanes by cars bearing the clean special fuel license plates. Please pass this bill.

L alos strongly support this bill. Please keep the clean fuel plates on the HOV lanes. The non-HOV lanes are congested enough as is - and the HOV lanes appear to move without problems. This is the right decision for both sides of the dividers.

It is ashame. I also see that Delegate Greason in District 32 had part in this. Okay, I-66 may be close to his district, yet I-95/I-395 has a much heavier volume. Although the PRTC commuter buses provide a great service to the Prince William County residents, my wife and I drive in nearly everyday due to our hours. So nearly everyday I, along with other Virginians that are willing to 'share' do not see the same from those that have hybrid vehicles. I see them as controlling, introverted, self-centered and lonely people. I do get a kick out of those clean-fuel (hybrid) vehicle drivers that smoke and I laugh; and then get angry seeing them flick their cigarette butt out the window.
Maybe some day some elected officials will have the COURAGE to deny the HOV luxury to the hybrids.
