Description
Advance Health Care Directive Registry; notification by physicians. Requires a physician, upon receiving notification that an advance directive has been made, to notify the declarant of the availability of the Advance Health Care Directive Registry. This provision will not go into effect until the Advance Health Care Directive Registry is created.




Comments
This legislation enhances the legislation passed establishing the Advance Directive Registry by requiring notification of the availability of the Registry by doctors.
