Description
Plan for the vaccination of school children. Requires the Department of Health develop, with input from the localities, a plan for the prompt vaccination of all children who attend a public or private school in the Commonwealth or who are home instructed but subject to vaccination requirements, upon the declaration of an emergency or epidemic of a vaccine-preventable disease by the Board of Health, and to review and update such plans triennially.
