Description
Uniform Statewide Building Code; appeals to the local board of building code appeals and the State Technical Review Board. Clarifies that any person aggrieved by a local building official's application of the Uniform Statewide Building Code may appeal to the local board of Building Code appeals. The bill also provides the State Technical Review Board has authority to hear appeals from the Virginia Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law and the Virginia Certification Standards adopted by the Board of Housing and Community Development.
