Description
Common Interest Community Board; provisional licenses for property managers. Requires the Common Interest Community Board to issue a provisional license to any person, partnership, corporation, or other entity offering management services to a common interest community on or before December 31, 2010, who makes application for licensure prior to January 1, 2011. Such provisional license shall expire on June 30, 2012. Currently, such dates are December 1, 2008, January 1, 2009, and June 30, 2011, respectively. View Full Text »
