Description
Department of Minority Business Enterprise. Changes the name of the Department of Minority Business Enterprise to the Department of Supplier Diversity and Procurement Advocacy and moves the Department to the responsibilities of the Secretary of Administration from the Secretary of Commerce and Trade.
