Memo for Phil Filechurner, Esq:
How's about this, Phil?
We got this Delegate Lingamfelter to propose a two-fold increase in the amount of fines that our HOA's can assess through their Kangaroo Courts, from $900 to $1800.
This means that when we use nonjudicial foreclosure to collect the fines, we'll make even more money! But the fines are just the start Phil. The real money is in the equity in the home, and the Virginia Property Owners Association Act 55-516 lets us get that equity to collect fines imposed by the Kangaroo Courts!
This will be another money making bill for CAIers. No real courts, and no real judges, at any stage of the process. We fine the homeowners, and they either pay us, or we sell their house at auction to collect the fine! All under color of Virginia law!
No wonder Virginia is home to the National Headquarters of CAI. We need to open another branch office down here and cash in before the other legislators start getting wise to this!
