Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Island Ford Road bridge over the Shenandoah River in the City of Harrisonburg is hereby designated the "Roy D. Smith, III Memorial Bridge.” The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this bridge. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this bridge.
