Commerce - Intellectual Property

Between insurance rates, utility hikes, trending inventory costs and increases to minimum wage -- with a 20% drop in sales volume due to general unemployment -- this would be welcome relief (particularly since we're unsure how real/personal property rates will be increased). It's time to do what we've been doing: getting more out of less.

I'm a bit confused why the 'checkbox' doesn't match the history. "01/28/2010 Read third time and passed House (88-Y 8-N)", but the check box stops at 'introduced'.

Richard, the problem that you saw resolved itself within a few minutes. I think you may have caught the site in the midst of one of its occasional updates of that checkbox data, which is a few seconds each day when the checkboxes get updated. Such timing! :)
