Description

Administrative Process Act; exemptions.  Removes obsolete exemptions from the Administrative Process Act for the Virginia Medicaid Prior Authorization Advisory Committee, which no longer exists, and a nonstock corporation created by the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, which is not authorized to promulgate regulations. The bill also removes the exemption from the regulatory promulgation process for preliminary program permit fees of the Department of Environmental Quality. Permanent fees have been established by the Department and the exemption is no longer necessary.   View Full Text »
