Description
Filing fee moratorium for new business entities. Directs the State Corporation Commission not to assess or collect a registration fee, filing fee, franchise tax, charter fee, or entrance fee, for which payment would be required, for any new for-profit corporation, limited liability company, or limited liability partnership.
