Description

In-person absentee voting; late applications.  Expands the scope of persons defined as members of the voter's immediate family, and whose death or hospitalization permits the registered voter to submit a late application for in-person absentee voting, to include children, whether of the whole or half blood or by marriage or adoption; legal guardians; and any other person residing in the same household as the applicant.   View Full Text »
