Description

State Corporation Commission; electric transmission line verification costs.  Requires the applicant seeking approval of an electrical transmission line of 138 kilovolts or more to pay all costs associated with the required verification of the applicant's load flow modeling, contingency analyses, and reliability needs. The requirement applies whether verification is conducted by the Commission or by a third-party consultant selected by the Commission. Read the Bill »
