Communications sales and use tax; distribution formula for localities.   Requires the Auditor of Public Accounts to increase the amounts on a pro rata basis if a locality did not collect the tax revenues for the entire 12 months of Fiscal Year 2006, when calculating each locality's share of the communications sales and use tax.   View Full Text »
