Description
Use of personal information. Prohibits a person from sending or delivering, by letter, envelope, package, or electronic message, a solicitation or advertising material that includes the date of birth, place of birth, parents' names, or telephone number of the individual to whom it is addressed. Persons aggrieved by a violation may recover damages of $100 per violation pursuant to the Personal Information Privacy Act. View Full Text »
