Description

Virginia Credit Services Businesses Act.  Repeals the provision that bars a credit services business from receiving any payment from a consumer in advance of complete and full performance of the services that the business agreed to perform for or on behalf of the consumer. A credit service business generally undertakes to improve a consumer's credit record, history, or report or obtain an extension of credit for a consumer.   View Full Text »
