Description

Land use adjacent to certain jet bases.  Removes localities that have auxiliary landing fields for a United States Navy Master Jet Base from existing provisions that require such localities to adopt zoning ordinances that require the governing body to follow Navy Air Installation Compatible Use Zone guidelines in deciding certain discretionary land use applications as well as undertake other actions related to land use in areas surrounding such jet base.
