Justice - Telework

Lloyd Snook writes:

Words should mean what people understand them to mean. Calling a cell phone a computer doesn't mean that someone who doesn't follow the latest from the House Courts of Justice Committee will understand that the legislature has decided that a cell phone is a computer.

It's like the old story -- if I call my arms legs, how many legs do I have? The answer -- two. Calling an arm a leg doesn't make it a leg.
