Uniform Statewide Building Code; rental inspections; penalty. Increases the penalty for the willful failure of an owner of a dwelling unit, who is using the dwelling unit for residential rental purposes, to provide written notification of the residential rentals to the local governing body from a maximum of $50 to a maximum of $250.
