Description
Board for Contractors; installation of HVAC systems. Authorizes the Board for Contractors, in addition to the requirements of the Uniform Statewide Building Code, to establish by regulation a requirement for any tradesman required to be licensed to install any HVAC system or equipment in compliance with any manufacturer's specifications for same as may be contained in the manufacturer's warranty on such system or equipment.
