Description
Law-enforcement employees; overtime compensation. Requires employers of more than 10 law-enforcement employees to pay overtime compensation at a rate of one and one-half times an employee's regular rate of pay. Current law requires this of employers of more than 100 law-enforcement employees. Read the Bill »
