JLARC; study the feasibility of a gross receipts assessment on pharmaceutical manufacturers to fund substance abuse treatment and prevention in the Commonwealth; report.  Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study the feasibility of establishing a gross receipts assessment on pharmaceutical manufacturers doing business in the Commonwealth, and allocation of funds collected to support substance abuse treatment and prevention programs.   View Full Text »
