Why wouldn't anyone grant this? Restoration of rights ensures that EVERYONE's voice is heard.
Restoration of rights to a convicted felon who has completed their service of sentencing to include any period or condition of probation, parole, etc. should be automatic as it is in other states. Why would anyone not grant this right when our country was formed by the belief of "No taxation without representation", and the convicted felons are surely taxed by our government when they are released and are law-abiding citizens holding down jobs in our communities!
