Description
Posting recorded votes to the legislative information system. Directs the Clerk of the House of Delegates to post recorded committee and floor votes of the members of the House to the electronic legislative information system, beginning with the 2011 Regular Session of the General Assembly. The Clerk of the House must submit an executive summary and report of his progress in meeting the directive of this resolution to the 2012 Regular Session of the General Assembly. View Full Text »

I'm confused. What this bill proposes to be done is already being done. To pick a bill at random, here's a committee vote for 2009's HB1629, and here's the floor vote. The display isn't ideal, and there's no way to get votes for each legislator (only per-bill), but the data is all there.
I can't understand what this bill proposes to accomplish.
