Lists of registered voters; disclosure to commissioners of the revenue and treasurers.  Allows the State Board of Elections to furnish, for a reasonable fee, lists of registered voters to commissioners of the revenue and city or county treasurers for tax assessment, collection, and enforcement purposes.
