Medicaid provider agreements; authority to terminate. Allows the Director of the Department of Medical Assistance Services to elect to terminate an existing provider agreement or contract or refuse to enter into or renew a provider agreement or contract for any of the reasons the U.S Secretary of Health and Human Services may do the same.
