Virginia Commission on Energy and Environment. Requires the Division of Energy to present drafts of updates to the Virginia Energy Plan to the Commission on Energy and Environment and ensures the Commission's responsibility to review and consider the direct and indirect impacts of energy production and use on the Commonwealth's environment and natural resources.
