Description

Absentee voters; central absentee voting precinct.  Provides that no voter who has applied for and has received or been sent an absentee ballot, but who has not voted absentee, and who offers to vote on election day at his precinct or proper polling place shall be required to vote at the central absentee voter precinct. Such a voter is permitted, however, to vote at the central absentee voting precinct.   View Full Text »
